The RDS Instructor Program was developed by training with industry experts, as well as professional development and implementation of pistol optics into a large police agency. Training will cover in depth RDS research and development, data driven document recommendations, industry adopted testing and standards, as well as building a professional level business proposal.
Instructors will be tested on their ability to retain and communicate information in relation to the RDS pistol, as well as pass a written examination and two qualification shoots.
Once successful students will receive access to the research materials, numerous dry and live fire training exercises to implement within their own organization, as well as be invited to a private ABD Concepts Instructor Group on social media for continual education and problem solving.
